Episode XIV. Be there! More updates Apr 16, 2002 Well, as you may have noticed, there is now a user login system and a comment system functioning on the web site. This will allow you to make notes on any of the character entries on the site (yes, even your own character). There are a couple of things to take note of. The user system has been thoroughly tested, but may exhibit weird bugs or errors. If this happens, PLEASE use the "bug report" link at left and let me know. It will help me work them out. Also, you cannot currently comment on entries in the "Universe" database. I might add this functionality in at some point, but right now it doesn't seem necessary. Anyway, you should be getting your usernames and passwords in the mail. Please put this thing through its paces. Thanks. New and Improved! 2002-04-16 14:24:27 Hey, everyone. I have made some recent changes to the Fortune Chronicles database: I tweaked the search results a bit to make finding what you need easier; I added a "universe" section, which, depending on permission, will contain select portions from the Unofficial Star Wars Encyclopedia. Then again, I may not get permission to reproduce it from the author, so the stuff you see here now may well disappear. It's just there for testing purposes now. There isn't much in the Universe database now, so don't be surprised if your searches come up snake-eyes. Got rid of the right sidebar for the time being. It was slowing things down. Addded some new stuff to the left sidebar. Handy! Added this starwars_news function. Double handy. More functions are on the way.
