Vincent Macropod in “LL Cool VM”
Reverend MattLadies and gentlemen: I am posting this Vincent Macropod from my home. This is something that I have never done before. Okay, that’s a lie. But it’s always taken me like an hour in the past. No more! No more. I have the high-speed Internet now, from my very domicile. Now everything is changed! And I don’t just mean in my life - I mean EVERYTHING.
By the way, I’d like to thank Mr. Swensen for putting up a link to Superhero Times over there, where my first action figure reviews for that lot were posted. Now I’ve got one up on figures.com, as well; look at it here, if you like.
No annotations for the cartoon today. It’s just never going to make more sense than that.

With great power comes great responsibility. Thank you, once again, for a valuable life lesson.

The title of the cartoon is a mystery to me. I’ve been wracking my brain over here, but the brain, it suffers from all that wracking.

I do not mean to wrack. The title is a reference to noted old-school Rhyme Sayer LL Cool J, whose mother instructed him to render you insensate. “LL Cool J” stood for “Ladies Love Cool James,” as his birth name was, in fact, James. Does that help?

Also, I feel rather stupid. A side effect of all that wracking, I suppose.

I could protest, but it would be a terrible lie.
